Keith, 24, is back for a fourth season at the club after making 30 appearances (16 starts) over his first three MLR campaigns. The front row stalwart has collected 178 tackles (86% completion), 12 dominant tackles, four tackle breaks, two linebreaks and a breakdown steal to start his Arrows career, while also running for 461 carry metres on 105 carries.
The 6’, 225lb forward has won 24 caps for Canada, including featuring at the 2019 Rugby World Cup. He is also the seventh-youngest player to be capped for Canada (19y, 280d against Chile on Feb. 11, 2017).
Keith represented the Canada under-20s in 2017, is a graduate of the Atlantic Rock senior men’s provincial program, and played his grassroots rugby with the Belleisle Rovers. He was named Rugby Canada’s Young Player of the Year, Male in 2017.
