Toronto Arrows Announce Partnership with Saulter Street Brewery for 2023 MLR Season
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
TORONTO, ON – The Toronto Arrows Rugby Football Club is pleased to announce Saulter Street Brewery as an official partner for the 2023 Major League Rugby season.
Established in 2017, the Riverside-based brewer has quickly become a local staple in the Toronto brewery scene, offering a wide array of pilsners, lagers and ales.
“We’re excited by the opportunity to partner with such a great team like the Toronto Arrows,” said Eoin Mac Gearailt, Saulter Street General Manager. “We’re looking forward to the 2023 rugby season in Toronto and enjoying some Saulter Street brews along the way.”
“Saulter Street has always been supportive of our mission to grow rugby in Toronto and continues to think outside of the box to engage our fans,” said Rahul Srinivasan, Toronto Arrows Chief Commercial Officer. “In our pandemic-affected season in 2021, Saulter Street was behind the very popular Prop Pilsner. This year we have been chatting with their team to explore some exciting options for fans coming up when the Arrows return to York Lions Stadium in April.”
The Arrows continue their fifth campaign in MLR with an away fixture this Saturday (March 11; 8 p.m. ET kickoff) against league newcomers Chicago Hounds. The team’s first home game of the season pits them against the reigning MLR champions New York Ironworkers on April 8.
