Ontario Arrows Announce Squad for Rugby United New York Clash

ONTARIO ARROWS ANNOUNCE SQUAD FOR RUGBY UNITED NEW YORK CLASH

The Ontario Arrows Rugby Club has announced its squad for Saturday’s match against the newly-appointed Major League Rugby side Rugby United New York.

The Arrows, Canada’s first privately-funded high-performance rugby team, will travel to New Rochelle, NY, with a squad of 24 players.

Rugby United New York recently joined MLR as an associate member; New York’s first professional rugby team will play an exhibition schedule in 2018 before playing a full MLR schedule beginning in 2019.

Saturday’s match will be played at Iona College’s Mazzela Field, and will kick off at 2 p.m. EDT.
