Arrows Lineup Announced for Eastern Conference Clash in NOLA
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
METAIRIE, LA – Toronto Arrows Head Coach Peter Smith has named his starting lineup for Sunday’s road clash against the NOLA Gold.
There’s just one change to the starting lineup from the unit that started last weekend in Toronto, with Noel Reid returning from injury to slot into his usual inside centre role. The forwards group remains intact week over week.
The bench features the activated duo of Travis Larsen and Ramon Ayarza, with the former now back to match fitness after a seven-week recovery layoff and set to see his first action since the club’s Week 4 victory in Chicago.
The Arrows hold a 2-4 all-time record against the Gold, but are riding a minor winning streak against their American counterparts ahead of their first meet-up of 2023; Toronto did the double over NOLA last season, earning a 24-23 win on the road and a 53-26 victory at home.
Sunday’s game will kick off at 3 p.m. ET. The Eastern Conference tilt will stream on TSN+, TSN.ca, the TSN app, and The Rugby Network for Canadian audiences, and will be available on The Rugby Network for American and international audiences. Additional broadcast details.
Arrows fans in the Toronto area are invited to take in the match at the official Watch Party at the Madison Avenue Pub.
