
Lineup Announced as Arrows Hunt for Road Win in DC

LEESBURG, VA – Toronto Arrows Head Coach Peter Smith has named his starting lineup for Saturday’s clash with Old Glory DC.
The matchday squad features just one alteration to the starting 15 from last weekend’s road win in New Orleans, with Ueta Tufuga slotting in at outside centre.
Ronan Foley and James O’Neill have both been activated from the injured reserve and have been named to the bench, while Marc-Antoine Ouellet is in line to make his first appearance of the season as a substitute.
Ten players are currently listed on the injured reserve and are unavailable for selection, including eight backs.
Squad Notes:
- Ouellet is in contention to make his season debut off the bench
- Nine squad members are full Canadian internationals: Baillie (34 caps), Braude (8 caps), Ciulini (8 caps), Jones (6 caps), Keith (24 caps), Quattrin (13 caps), Rumball (43 caps), Sheppard (11 caps), Webster (5 caps)
- Two additional squad members are full internationals: de la Vega (12 caps; Argentina), Mieres (78 caps; Uruguay)
- Ten players are on the injured reserve and are unavailable for selection: Brown, du Toit, Faust, A. Ferguson, B. Ferguson, Flesch, McCann, Robinson-Bartlett, Rowland, Sheridan
The Arrows are undefeated against Old Glory in MLR play, with Toronto holding a 2-0 all-time record against DC. Both victories came in the 2021 season.
The Arrows also claimed a 47-17 win over Old Glory in preseason play.
Saturday’s game will kick off at 4 p.m. ET. The Eastern Conference tilt will stream on TSN.ca and the TSN App for Canadian audiences, and will be available on The Rugby Network for international audiences.
