Tasting Notes

A dry cider at 10 grams of sugar / liter residual, Five Metre Scrum has been aged in two types of oak to build a smooth complexity.  Not overly oaky by any means from this process but a decidedly built structure that doesn’t rob from the apples, but enhances the body and provides subtle vanilla and spice.

Ingredients: Ontario Apples, Sulphites

6.5% alc./vol. | 473mL
